1. Orders, Payment & Cancellations

  • All furniture is handmade to order to your specific requirements.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancelling will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your home or delivery location has adequate access (doorways, stairways, etc.) before ordering.

2. Changes to Your Order

  • Any changes to your specifications after your order has been confirmed may incur an amendment charge, depending on the stage of production.

3. Returns Policy

  • As all pieces are bespoke, we operate a strict no-returns policy.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Finishes & Natural Materials

  • All painted and stained finishes are applied by hand, meaning no two pieces will be identical.

  • Colours shown on our website are a close representation but may vary slightly due to device display differences.

  • We work with natural timbers, including end-grain beech, beech, redwood pine, oak, and reclaimed wood.

  • Variations in grain, knots, and colour are part of the wood’s natural character and are not manufacturing faults.

5. Craftsmanship & Construction

  • We use a blend of traditional joinery techniques (such as dovetailed joints) and modern construction methods.

  • Visible grain patterns, knots, and markings enhance the authenticity of our handcrafted furniture.

6. Product Descriptions

  • We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible.

  • Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

7. Prices & Billing

  • Prices are correct at the time of ordering and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping and delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.

8. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Once goods are handed over to our delivery team, the risk of damage or loss passes to you.
